Established in May 2024, the Sunnyside Academy Student Scholarship (SASS) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to expand access to the unique, high-quality educational experience offered at Sunnyside Academy. SASS raises funds to offset tuition for students and families who are eager to learn, grow, and thrive—but for whom private tuition may not be within reach.

What sets Sunnyside Academy apart isn’t just our warm environment or student-centered approach—it’s the powerful combination of relationship-driven learning and a 4:1 student-teacher ratio that ensures every child receives truly individualized instruction. We welcome learners of all ages and academic profiles because we know that "great minds don’t think alike".

SASS exists because we believe opportunity shouldn't be dictated by income. We know that when children are given the space, support, and encouragement to show up as they are, incredible growth happens—not just for the child, but for their family, their community, and ultimately, for all of us. Our board members, Ashley Lindler, Caroline Milliken, and Kristin Williamson, give their time to support the growth of our programming so that others may also benefit from the opportunities provided at Sunnyside Academy.
