Joel is a Senior and Top Scholar at the University of South Carolina Honors College who plans to attend Medical School. He is a youth leader at Bethany Romanian Church, a researcher in the USC Exercise Oncology Lab, a hardwood floorman, and an EMT. In his down time he enjoys soccer, photography, and piano.

Joel brings not only subject expertise but also firsthand experience in effective study strategies and academic success. He enjoys helping students gain confidence in problem-solving and building the habits that will serve them long after tutoring sessions end.

His combined background in science, teaching, and healthcare allows him to connect academic content to real-world applications in a way that motivates and inspires the students at Peace of Mind.
